Mô tả công việc : Responsible for full cycle recruiting process for up to 2 or more requisitions with an average time to fill of 30 days or less
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; arranging interview sessions for head of department or technical lead, and interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications and working experiences.
Be in charge of reference check and finalising offer package for potential candidates per case as requested.
Manage internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews, transfer process, etc.
Join job fairs, career events, and organize workshop as needed
Manage candidate records to make sure having a pool of high value potential candidates for future need.
Other tasks assigned by HRM.
Kỹ năng công việc : At least 3 year working experiences in recruitment field. Candidates possess knowledge and experience in IT field or being as IT headhunter at hunting companies are advantage.
Experience with progressive sourcing techniques including direct sourcing, internet data mining and recruiting techniques search on social communitíes like LinkedIn, facebook, Twister,...
Self-driven, ability to listen, and great follow through on tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Be result-oriented, proactive, creative and hardworking.
Can work under high pressure and be a team player.
Good at English and computer skills are a must.
